Our puppy settled really well with the help of her new companion. The heartbeat is quiet but comforting and the heat pack lasts a few nights if you seal it up in the morning :) she's been sleeping on it like it's a real puppy so we're happy. It's pricey but worth it.

I give this product an 3/5 stars this is my most UPDATED 2024 VERSION I got my new puppy June 14th she's a maltipoo and I ordered this 2 days before she arrived but it came overnight so I would say I got this June 13th is when it arrived and I bought this because my mom was telling me how puppies will cry and cry through the night so I went on Amazon searching for something and I found this read all the reviews everybody loved this so I said why not buy this and see what the hype is so her first night home was HECTIC this is a REAL RAW REVIEW !! I put the heating pad and the little heartbeat inside of this stuffed animal and it didn't help her at all she whined and cried through the night keeping me up FOR HOURS keep in mind this is the very first night home I even tried to switch the heartbeat around in the stuffed animal and eventually I ended up having to take the heartbeat out and place it on the cage it worked for a short period of time until she started crying and crying again I don't know if this was because I waited to turn it on until nighttime I don't know what it was but the first night was horrible and this thing didn't do in hopes what I thought it would do so today is now June 17th the day I'm writing this review and puppy mamas it will mark 3 days of her being with me Saturday and Sunday she slept through the night no noise i did have the heartbeat on but I leave it on the outside and not inside I leave it on top of the stuffie and I've noticed her starting to cuddle up with the stuffie I just feel like I shouldn't have to leave the heartbeat on the outside of the stuffie and I'm also crate training her in the process so she's learning when she cries I won't be taking her out until I wake up but so far so good only issue is me not being able to keep the heart inside the stuffie it's very annoying and because she's so teenie tiny she barely has teeth and is teething and it gets on the side where she is potty training but I give it 3 stars because I've seen her cuddle up with it like I said I don't know if this is due to her actually liking the stuffie or her realizing she won't get out the crate until morning time so she sleeps next to it for comfort but I am grateful that we have been able to sleep through the night peacefully on her second and third night with us that's what I'm most grateful for because she's her coat color is white and the stuffie is white they do blend in together which is hard to tell if she's in the cage when I wake up even though I know she is I would've gotten closer but I didn't want to wake her my puppy was 7 weeks when I picked her up she just turned 8 weeks yesterday. Again puppy mommies I'm not sure if this is something you introduce to them when they first get home and not waiting until nighttime but I've started turning the heartbeat on 2 hours before her bedtime or 1 hour and a half and I've noticed changes helping to stay quiet through the night and again as I've said I wake up and she's sleep next to it in the cage. This also NEVER came with an QR CODE to "get a free toy" like the other reviews were saying .. mine never came with one so that's a lie.

Fantastic product. I paid for the original rather than the cheaper copy and I am glad it did. It is a quality product. Puppy sleeps on top of it.

Before adopting my 12 week old puppy, I saw the reviews on this product. I wanted to give it a try since this will be the first time she's away from her siblings. We started crate training from day one, and the first night I put her in the crate with her stuffed animal puppy. She cried for about a half hour, and went to sleep for the rest of the night. A week has passed since, and she is doing great with the crate. Last time I had a puppy, 15 years ago, it took him about a week before he calmed down in the crate. I set this in the advanced setting so as soon as it is touched, the heartbeat will start. So far so good, the stuffed animal is very durable, and she sleeps right with it. Definitely worth the money I spent on it.

My Pomeranian puppy loved this snuggle pup. It really helped her settle during her first nights away from her littermates, especially since she's tiny, came from a warmer climate, and is in her "monkey stage" with very little coat. The warmth and heartbeat were a huge comfort. I did buy the "special edition" for the lighter color, though the higher price felt a bit steep since it's just a color change. Safety tip: The heating pads for this toy are the same type of disposable hand warmers you can buy in bulk for much less. You can also use small ice packs in warmer months. However, both warmers and ice packs can be dangerous if punctured. If your puppy is a chewer—or you're not sure yet—supervise closely. If you see any chewing, discontinue using warmers or ice packs immediately. For non-chewers who just want to snuggle, this product works wonderfully and makes the transition to a new home much easier.

We have had this snuggle puppy for three months now. It was a must have for our new pup! We had it prior to getting him. He became very attached to it the first few weeks we had him. Puppy would drag it out of his crate to snuggle during the day. (As pictured) Our pup is almost 6 months old now and still carries it out to his bed and snuggles it. We used the setting where the heartbeat turned on with any movement. The battery finally died after 3 straight months of use. This item, in addition to a blanket with his litter mates scent helped ease his transition into our home. He is a chewer, yet does not mess with this toy. He still enjoys it! In addition to helping with anxiety and attachment, the item is easily washed and dried in a mesh bag. It still looks like new!

This just arrived today and it is working wonders!! Our new baby absolutely loves it and wasted no time snuggling up to it. The heart beat is comforting and I will recommend to anyone getting a new little one

magnificent at several heartbeats. my puppy slept like never before.

My dog loved it; it's his emotional support plush. And he takes great care of it. The plush is of good quality and very pretty.

My poodle is a little confused but seems to like it. Well packaged and easy to use. Yet mine makes a “shaking” noise as it vibrates, i can hear it from far away.

Really cute doll, 45 cm, truly impressive.
